MyCheckins makes it easy to run asynchronous daily standups, weekly updates, and retrospectives. Founders and Managers use it to align priorities, get visibility, and free up time for everyone.
We’re almost at 100 B2B customers and are now looking to make our first customer success hire.
You will work alongside the founder — helping new customers find value and turning them into active users of the product. This is a high-impact role with tremendous room for growth.
Role and Responsibilities
- You will be our main point of communication with customers. You will help new users get onboarded successfully, find value in the product, and achieve their business goals.
- You will help us actively communicate with our customers - announcing new features, sharing best practices, and driving higher product adoption within teams.
- You will speak to customers regularly and understand their pain-points & expectations with the product. You will help the product team get meaningful user feedback.
- You will troubleshoot and ensure quick resolutions when any user runs into an issue during onboarding or using the product. You will help us build guides and tutorial videos.
- You will work with the team to build the playbook for customer outreach and success. Your main focus will be on improving our engagement and retention numbers.
Skills and Requirements
You would be a great fit if…
- You are an excellent communicator (both verbal and written) who can easily build meaningful relationships with users from across the world.
- You have 2+ years of experience in driving customer satisfaction and success at an early to mid-stage SaaS company.
- You are a strong second order thinker and quick at solving problems for customers. You have strong objection handling and persuasion skills.
- You have experience working with metrics like activation, retention, and LTV. You can understand the levers that drive these numbers.
- You hold your work to a high standard. You understand how to deliver highly positive customer experiences and are not simply content with good enough.
- You have high agency and you are comfortable taking ownership of initiatives.
